Studio Policies
It is the responsibility of any student/guardian/parent within my studio to have read these policies by our first lesson. You can help me keep my schedule and studio as consistent as possible for all of my students through helping me maintain these policies.
By attending the first lesson, it is assumed that all students/guardians/parents have read and agree with these terms.
Thank you!

- A student is more than 10 minutes late without notice, which will be assumed to be an absence without notice.
- A student is dressed inappropriately in a way that cannot be adjusted easily.
- A student has arrived to their lesson without the needed materials.
- A student displays inappropriate behavior or uses inappropriate language. A make up lesson will not be made available and this may result in cancellation of future lessons.

Make Up Lessons
- Make up lessons will be available if the missed lesson meets any of the following criteria:
- Notice of the absence was given more than 48 hours in advance.
- The absence was due to a sudden emergency (accident, illness, injury, etc.) if less than 48 hours before and notice was given as soon as possible.
- If I have to miss/cancel a lesson for any reason. This includes cancelling mid-lesson if the student appears too unwell to continue.
- If a make up lesson is available to you, I will propose several time/date options ASAP.
- Only 1 make up lesson per calendar month will be offered (except for during the summer*).
- Make up lessons are not available if:
- Notice was given less than 48 hours before the lesson for a non-emergency.
- The make up lesson has not been confirmed before the next scheduled lesson.
- It is assumed that schedules will vary greatly over the summer months and more flexible scheduling will be needed. It is the responsibility of the lesson taker/guardian/parent to notify me of any requested changes more than 48 hours in advance. More than 1 rescheduled lesson will be allowed monthly due to the absence of the regular school routine.
